Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
flour
Preparation

Fill a 9-inch unbaked pie shell with cut up pieces of rhubarb. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar.
Mix milk, eggs and 1/4 cup sugar.
Pour over rhubarb and sprinkle with flour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until an inserted knife comes out clean.
