Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14.5 oz.) can LeSueur peas (green garden peas)
    1 (14.5 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 (14.5 oz.) can French cut string beans
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Drain and combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add diced vegetables. Combine sugar, oil and vinegar; pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
    Stir well before serving.
