Apple Walnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon or 3 cubes
    3/4 to 1 c. apple juice
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large skillet cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add water and bouillon.
    Cook until dissolved.
    In large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    Add celery mixture.
    Mix well. Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting.
    Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until hot.
