Delish Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
8 small cube steaks
5 Tbsp. butter
2 large onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 c. sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
1 c. beef bouillon
3 Tbsp. half and half
1 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
Preparation

Mix together flour and salt. Rub 3 tablespoons flour into steaks.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter.
Add steaks and brown on both sides.
Put into a medium size baking dish. Add onions and brown lightly. Spoon over meat.
Melt remaining butter.
Add mushrooms and brown, stirring in remaining flour, bouillon and cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Add olives.
Spoon over meat.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
