Parfait De Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. unsalted butter
    9 oz. confectioners sugar
    7 oz. (half and half) chocolate and cocoa
    6 eggs
    2 oz. liqueur, cocoa or coffee
    8 oz. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Using an electric mixer, beat the butter with sugar.
    Add the 6 egg yolks and beat well.
    Beat in the chocolate, liqueur and chopped nuts.
    In another bowl, carefully beat the egg whites. Fold the chocolate cream into beaten egg whites.
    Pour into an 8-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
    Cover and freeze.
    Half an hour before serving, move to the refrigerator.
    Garnish with nuts, fruits or whipped cream.
