Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
minced onion to taste
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place margarine in skillet, add minced onion, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook until margarine is melted, then add ground beef (cook until meat is brown).
Add tomato sauce and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream.
Place spaghetti in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Top with cream cheese mix; then add meat mix.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
