Virginia Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. creamed corn
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Beat eggs into corn.
Combine sugar, flour, salt and pepper; add milk slowly until smooth.
Add to corn and egg mixture.
Last, pour in butter.
Put in 1-quart casserole and bake about 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
Check doneness by inserting knife; if it comes out clean, it's done!
Serves 4 to 6.
