Jiggers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
4 potatoes, peeled, sliced very thinly in rounds
4 small onions, peeled and sliced
6 carrots, peeled and cut lengthwise in thin slices
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Prepare hamburger into 1/4 pound patties with half clove minced garlic in patties.
Arrange a hamburger on bottom of a large piece of foil.
Add 1 potato, 1 1/2 carrots and 1 small onion on top of pattie.
Top with 1/2 tablespoon of butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Fold up foil securely.
Place on cookie sheet.
