Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large eggplant, cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. drained tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cornbread crumbs
Preparation

Grease baking dish with butter.
Pour mixture into dish.
Add enough milk to cover mixture.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until thick.
