Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake or 2 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. oil or shortening
4 to 6 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk and add sugar and shortening.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Cool milk mixture and add to yeast mixture.
Add flour depending on the way it mixes; should look as stiff as biscuit dough when ready to cut.
Let rise 1 hour.
