Roasted Quartered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    3 large garlic, sliced thin
    1/4 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    In large roasting pan, toss together well, tossing occasionally for 1 hour, then toss in parsley.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
    Serves 8 to 10.
