Low-Fat Soft Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 doz. (6-inch) flour tortillas
    8 oz. grated reduced-fat Cheddar
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    chopped onions (if desired)
    non-fat sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat, then rinse in a colander under hot water.
    Let drain.
    Return meat to pan, add taco mix and follow instructions on mix package to prepare taco meat.
    Steam tortillas, and assemble tacos.
    Makes about 6 to 8 tacos.
