Company Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    12 eggs
Preparation
    Grease glass rectangular baking pan.
    Spread grated cheese on bottom of dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Mix cream with seasonings.
    Pour half of cream over cheese.
    Add eggs (lightly beaten).
    Pour rest of cream on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
