Chicken Salad Supreme(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 c. seedless white grape halves, cut in half
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained or 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted (sliced ones)
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. ReaLime lime juice from concentrate
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    lettuce leaves
    additional grapes and almonds for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl combine chicken, grapes, celery, oranges and almonds.
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ReaLime, salt and nutmeg; add to chicken mixture.
    Mix well.
    Chill to blend flavors.
    Serve on lettuce, garnish with grapes and almonds if desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
