Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, shredded
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation

Place half of lettuce in deep salad bowl.
Top with celery, green peppers, onion and peas, in that order.
Cover with rest of lettuce.
Spread mayo on top and sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
Mix well and serve.
