Hamburger Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. celery
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (No. 303) can bean sprouts
1 can beef bouillon
1 (2 oz.) can drained, sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. cornstarch with mushroom liquid
1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Saute ground beef, onions and celery in oil until brown.
Mix in bean sprouts, beef bouillon and mushrooms.
Mix cornstarch with mushroom liquid until smooth and add to mixture.
Cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, and add soy sauce.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
