Catfish Stew And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
4 fresh, boneless catfish fillets, halved
1/2 small head cabbage, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Combine water, potatoes, onion and garlic in large pot.
Cook on high heat for 15 minutes.
Lower heat.
Add cabbage, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add catfish.
Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve over rice.
Makes 6 servings.
