Easy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    raisins (if desired)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in a well-greased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes, or until firm.
