Cottage Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. medium egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender and drain.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add onion and cook until clear.
    Blend flour, mustard and salt; add to butter and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat.
    Blend in lemon juice and fold in cottage cheese.
    Combine with drained noodles.
    Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Place under broiler just long enough to brown the cheese on top.
