Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. zucchini
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel half of the zucchini.
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Combine zucchini, onion and chicken broth.
    Cook together 30 minutes or until soft.
    Season to taste.
    Blend in blender.
    Add about 1/2 cup milk.
    May freeze before adding milk.
