Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. beet water
3 c. beets
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Take and cook first 5 ingredients until thick.
Add beets and let stand 5 minutes or longer.
Just before serving, heat and add butter.
