Country-Style Sausage Links - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground pork
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Stir well.
    Shape mixture into 12 links.
    Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
    Add half of sausage links and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until browned, turning frequently.
    Drain well on paper towels. Repeat procedure with remaining links.
    Yields 12 links.
