Crabmeat Mornay Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 small bunch green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. breakfast cream
    1 1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    red pepper to taste
    salt and garlic
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and saute onion and parsley. Blend in flour, cream and cheese until cheese is melted. Add other ingredients and gently fold in crab meat. This may be served in a chafing dish with Melba toast or in pastry shell.
