Steak San Marco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck steak
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 large can peeled tomatoes
    freshly ground pepper and garlic powder to taste
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    In large skillet, arrange meat and cook in oil until brown. After browning meat, add onion soup mix and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, pepper and vinegar.
    Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Serve over rice.
