Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. dry 1 minute oats
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or mace
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in bowl.
    Make well in center. Combine eggs, buttermilk and margarine; mix well.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
    Spoon into greased or papered muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Makes 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.
