Favorite Holiday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken, halved or parts
    2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    4 oz. brown sugar
    1 1/2 oz. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    orange slices (to garnish)
Preparation
    Mix
    orange juice, rind and brown sugar.
    Mix margarine with mustard
    and
    rub over chicken.
    Place chicken, skin side down, in a greased baking pan and pour the juice mixture over all.\tBake at\t425\u00b0
    for 45 minutes until tender.
    Baste frequently.
    For the
    last
    15 minutes turn chicken to brown and glaze.
