Ingredients

1 1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine coconut, flour, sugar and salt in bowl; stir in egg whites and extract.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown around edges.
Remove from sheet at once.
