Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 small chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook and cool rice.
Add broccoli, butter and onion.
Stir in milk with soup and add to rice mixture.
Add all cheese except enough to sprinkle on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Add remaining cheese to top of casserole the last 10 minutes.
