Sauerkraut Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sausage
    14 oz. can sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. dried breadcrumbs
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    dash of garlic
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Strain and chop sauerkraut.
    Cook sausage and onion; drain and mix with chopped sauerkraut and remaining ingredients.
    Chill. Roll into balls.
    Dip in flour, then egg mixture, and finally, breadcrumbs.
    Deep fry.
    May be reheated in the oven until hot.
