Any Season Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cauliflower florets
    1 large red apple
    1 large yam
    1 c. raisins
    blackberry-walnut vinaigrette
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into small florets
    Stem pieces can be cut into same size pieces.
    Core apple and cut into pieces about same size as florets.
    Do not peel.
    Peel yam and shred on slaw cutter. Toss all ingredients with desired amount of vinaigrette.
    Salad still good next day.
