Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
