Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Copes corn (frozen)
1/2 pt. half and half
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 or 4 eggs
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. Accent
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in half and half.
Add well beaten eggs, salt, sugar, Accent and melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Add corn and stir well.
Bake pudding in dish.
Sit dish in pan with 1 1/2 to 2 inches of water.
Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until firm.
