Tomato And Chicken Sauce Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. cooked diced chicken
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 tsp. basil
    4 c. hot rice
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in margarine.
    Add all but rice.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Serve over rice.
