Cold Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. strawberries, washed
1/3 c. sugar (honey could be substituted)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. light red wine
Preparation

Put strawberries and sugar into a blender and puree.
Pour into a pitcher and stir in creams; blend well.
Add water and wine; stir and chill.
Yields 4 servings.
