Beef With Dry Spice Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. black peppercorns
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard seed
1 Tbsp. whole coriander seed
4 cloves garlic
olive oil or vegetable oil
salt
1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef top round steak or London broil (1 1/2 inches thick)
Preparation

Place brown sugar, peppercorns, mustard seed, coriander seed and garlic in a blender or food processor; process until seeds and garlic are crushed.
Rub beef with oil, then pat on spice mixture. Season generously with salt.
Oil hot grid to help prevent it sticking.
Grill beef, on a covered frill, over medium-low briquets, 16 to 20 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
