Twice Baked Potato Boats(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter, cut up
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in a circular pattern on micro-proof plate. Use Cook cycle and cook 12 to 13 minutes or until tender, turning potatoes over once during cooking.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cut top 1/3 off potatoes.
    Scoop out pulp and place in a mixing bowl, leaving 1/4 inch thick shell.
    Mash potatoes.
    Beat in remaining ingredients except paprika.
    Fill potato shells.
    Place on micro-proof plate.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Use Cook cycle and cook 6 minutes or until heated through.
