Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
2 1/2 c. fruit, sweetened (your preference)
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and milk to make batter.
Melt butter in bottom of baking dish.
Pour batter in middle of melted butter. Sweeten fruit and pour into batter.
Do not stir.
Bake until crust forms on top and browns, about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
