Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium sliced pork chops
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium-size onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Tenderize pork chops. Salt, pepper and rub in Worcestershire sauce; lay aside. In 9 x 13 baking dish, pour soups and stir in onion. Mix well. Place chops in dish and cover with heavy aluminum foil. Place in oven at 425\u00b0 and cook for about 1 1/2 hours or until chops can be cut with fork.
