Scalloped Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 (32 oz.) bags frozen hash browns
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 Half Moon grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cartons sour cream
Preparation
    Stir all together.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
