Diabetic Baked Swordfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh swordfish steaks, cut in 3 pieces
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Remove skin from steaks.
Place steaks, not touching, in shallow baking dish.
Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Makes 3 servings.
Diabetic exchange = 4 meat, 210 calories each.
