Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or leftover roast, chopped fine
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin cups.
    Brown meat; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Separate biscuits.
    Place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup.
    Press firmly in bottom and up sides, forming 1/4-inch rim.
    Spoon meat mixture into each biscuit.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Cool 1 minute.
    Remove from pan and serve.
