Modoc Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked long grain white rice
    2 c. cooked wild rice
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. boiling water
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook sausage, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add onion and green pepper; saute until crisp-tender.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Add jalapeno, rice and sausage to the vegetables in large skillet. Add the bouillon and heat; simmer until water is absorbed.
