Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf thick sliced French or Italian bread
    2 c. chopped ham
    6 eggs
    4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
    Place bread in pan in two rows, overlapping slices, putting ham between and over slices.
    Distribute broccoli and cheese over and around the bread slices.
