Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 slices white bread, buttered and cubed
1 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute sausage in a skillet; drain well.
Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt.
Put bread cubes in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Put a layer of cheese, then a layer of sausage.
Pour milk and eggs over all.
Refrigerate until the next day.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes and serve hot.
Serves 8.
