Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken or chicken breasts
    1 c. crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 c. skim milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Remove skin from chicken. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Coat each piece in oil and dip in milk. Shake to remove excess liquid and roll in crumbs. Let stand briefly so coating
    will adhere. Line a baking pan with foil for easy clean up. Coat foil lining with cooking spray. Place chicken pieces in pan so they do not touch. Bake 45 minutes or longer. Crumbs will form a crisp crust.
