Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 caramels or 10 oz. bag
    evaporated milk 1/3 c. and 1/2 c.
    German chocolate cake mix
    1 bag chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1 c. nuts
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in double boiler; set aside.
    Mix cake mix, butter, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and nuts.
    Put half of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove and add chocolate chips and then caramel mixture.
    Crumble on remaining batter and bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
