Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen rhubarb, thawed and well drained or 2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, margarine and shortening until well blended. Stir in 2 cups baking mix and oats until crumbly.
    Press half of mixture in pan.
    Bake until set, about 10 minutes.
