Stuffed Turkey Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large turkey legs
    4 slices Canadian bacon
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. red wine
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 head garlic
    4 cayenne peppers
Preparation
    In 8 x 12-inch deep pan, put wine, oil, water and paprika. With bone saw, cut off 2 to 3 inches of bone off legs.
    Stuff legs with garlic and peppers.
    Season and wrap with bacon.
    Place in pan and cover tight with foil.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake for 20 minutes longer.
    Serve with dressing (rice or cornbread), snap bean casserole, hot brandy peaches and French bread.
