Potatoes And Chicken Santa Fe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1 lb. chicken, boned, skinned and cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. prepared tomato salsa
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    While potatoes cook in large skillet, toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes, saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned.
    Add salsa and corn; toss until heated through.
    Makes 4 servings.
