Angel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    16 plain Ritz crackers, finely crushed
Preparation
    Gradually add sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Add vanilla, nuts and crackers.
    Mix well and bake in buttered pie plate 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with Cool Whip.
